We currently ship to Kuwait only. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. All orders are shipped from Kuwait City, delivery rates are calculated at checkout.

We do not record credit card details; all credit cards are processed using Upayments gateway, which uses the latest SSL technology to keep your information safe.
Joining our mailing list is optional, and we recommend it! If you have signed up to our mailing list and would like to unsubscribe simply email us with unsubscribe in the subject area, and we shall remove you from the list.
We gladly accept KNET, Visa, and MasterCard through UPayments gateway. Unfortunately we cannot accept American Express.
Our online shop uses Upayments gateway, and Upayments Company automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours.
Processing & delivery times:
Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing. Our products are made in small batches to ensure optimal quality and we appreciate your patience!
Estimated standard delivery time in Kuwait is between 11 am – 4 pm.
Please note that we do not ship internationally from the website at the moment, and if you wish to place an international order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will find a way for you to get the product you wish for.
Changes & cancellations:
If you would like to cancel or make any modifications to your order, please contact us at email@example.com with your order number as soon as possible. And we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Returns & exchanges:
We are committed to ensuring you are 100% happy with your order. Any full-price, undamaged, and unused items can be returned for refund or exchange by contacting us within 5 days of the delivery date. After 5 business days, all sales are final.
Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org for return authorization and provide a brief reason for your return.
Returns must include all original receipts, tags and accompanying packaging.
Please note that original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Your refund will be processed once your return package is received and approved by our team.
Lost or damaged shipments:
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that a safe and secure delivery address is provided and that all shipping information is entered accurately.
We are unable to refund or replace orders due to incorrect shipping addresses, left, lost, or stolen packages.
We will not be held liable for lost packages once proof of delivery has been received, however, please contact us right away and we will do whatever we can to help you locate it.
If you are shipping to a building without a concierge or safe place to leave a parcel, we strongly recommend adding a signature request to your shipment. In order to do so, please contact email@example.com once your order has been placed, or simply add a note to your order when checking out.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged order we will happily replace it for you at no extra cost. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org right away for further assistance.
