a new line emerges from nothingness—in an age of overproduction and overdesign, i found myself making a conscious line from nothingness—where process shaped this form, and material and maker exist in dialogue, a playful exploration of unfolded sensations to create and make for the sake of making.

born from remnants and the forgotten, shaped by instinct, this line finds new forms in materials that once served other purposes. these humble discarded elements have been intuitively reworked into garments that honour their history and imperfection and embrace transformation. they are free-formed silhouettes shaped by curiosity without premeditation, only feeling.

there was no plan in making “a conscious line from nothingness”, no end goal— just creation for the sake of creation. the process was fluid and instinctual, a return to why this work began in the first place.

to me, this is the act of creation in its purest state: a living, breathing form of expression, an invitation to experience sensation, embrace the unknown, and find meaning in the act of making itself.

and the puzzle expands.
